How do I apply for a property?

Our preferred method of application is through Ignite by realestate.com.au – https://ignite.realestate.com.au/. If you are having difficulty, please contact our office and we can send you PDF version.

How do I pay my rent?

Bank Transfer – On the second page of your lease are our bank details and your reference number.

IT IS IMPORTANT TO NOTE THAT YOU SHOULD BE TWO WEEKS AHEAD AT ALL TIMES. If you are unsure when your rent is due, please contact our team or logon to your tenant portal.

How do I connect my electricity and gas?

Please contact a utility provider of your choice. If you have moved into a property where the electricity and gas are provided through an embedded network. Please check your welcome pack.

I have a maintenance/repair request or URGENT REPAIR?

Please submit your maintenance or repair request through your tenant portal, alternatively send us an email with a detailed information about the issues and photos. If the damaged is found to be caused by the tenant either accidently or maliciously, the tenant is responsible for the payment of the repair.

URGENT REPAIR

In the event of an urgent repair please contact our office so we can attend to the issue as quickly as possible. If it is outside of business hours, please contact the emergency trades and please take necessary action to protect your belongings and the property from further damage.

I need to break my lease?

If your circumstances change and you will need to break your lease, please contact us as soon as possible so we can discuss the break lease options. If you break your fixed term lease early there is a Break Lease fee which is payable which is up to 4 weeks.

Please call us if any of the following apply: You have been accepted in social housing, moving into an aged care facility and Domestic Violence. (Evidence and Documentation is required)

I’m vacating. How much notice is required?

When you decide to vacate you will need to provide us in writing notice to vacate providing, the address of the property, date you will be vacating and the reason why you will be vacating the property.

If you are ending a fixed term agreement you will need to provide at least 14 days’ notice before the expiry of the lease and if your lease has expired and you are in a periodic lease you will need to provide 21 days’ notice.

Vacating Inspection and Bond?

Your Bond will be lodged with Fair Trading when you signed the residential tenancy Agreement. When you vacate and you have returned the keys and your rent is paid up to date, we will inspect the property (You are welcome to attend) and if it is returned in the same condition (taking into consideration wear and tear) we will refund the bond within a reasonable time to your nominated account.

NOTE: Bond is not to be used to cover unpaid rent, water usage invoices or any outstanding invoices.
